Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. This policy details the conditions under which refunds may be issued. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Kris Kai.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally considered under the following circumstances:

a) For Keynote Speaking Engagements, Coaching, and Workshops:

  • Cancellation by Kris Kai: If Kris Kai cancels a confirmed engagement, coaching session, or workshop for any reason (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, illness), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Client Cancellation:

    • Prior to 60 days of the scheduled event/start of service: A 30% refund of the fees paid, or full credit for future services, may be offered.

    • Within 30 days of the scheduled event/start of service: No refunds will typically be issued, but rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and potential rescheduling fees.

    • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows at scheduled engagements, sessions, or workshops.

  • Dissatisfaction with Service: Refunds for dissatisfaction with the quality of service (e.g., coaching, workshop content) are at the sole discretion of Kris Kai and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made in writing within [e.g., 7 days] of the service completion, detailing the specific reasons for dissatisfaction.

b) For Digital Products/Content (if applicable, e.g., e-books, online courses):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

  • Exceptions may be considered if there is a proven technical issue preventing access or use of the product that cannot be resolved by our support, and the request is made within 3 days of purchase.

c) For Physical Products (if applicable):

  • Refunds for physical products (e.g., merchandise, books) will be issued if the product is returned in its original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Situations

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully rendered.

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed, unless a specific technical issue prevents usage.

  • Any expenses incurred by Kris Kai on your behalf (e.g., travel, accommodation) that are non-recoverable, even if an event is cancelled by the client.

  • Partial completion of multi-session coaching packages unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific coaching contract.

  • Gift cards or promotional credits.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • Date of purchase/service booking.

  • Description of the service or product.

  • Reason for the refund request.

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots, communication logs).

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@kriskai.com.

5. Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within [e.g., 7-14 business days].

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
